Our Programming
We will develop programming to align with the following (CRPD) rights of people with developmental differences:
-
- right to purposeful work, including their right to work in an environment that is open, inclusive, and accessible
- right to express themselves in a meaningful way
- right to respect for physical and mental integrity on an equal basis with others
- right to personal and public awareness of their rights, capabilities and contributions
- right to participate in cultural life, recreation, and leisure on an equal basis with others
We will deliver programming so that 80% of our young adults are meaningfully employed through the arts, while experiencing freedom of expression through their creative works, connection to the community, and pride in themselves and their ability to inspire others. To measure our impact we will collect data on the following core indicators and personal outcomes associated with quality of life.
